  The few times I have ordered pizza is always burnt and the staff struggle to understand me on the phone.
  Today I was struggling with an online order and spoke to a rude young man who told me I can't cancel an online order I just made 5 seconds ago. (Surely I can by not accepting the delivery).
  
  Then another lady took the call and equally as abruptly told me the order hadn't been taken anyway.
  Really rude, and following reading the other reviews won't ever order again.
